The best one I ever saw (or worst) was when Jimmy 'Swamp Lizard' Wilson was cutting in a tree crotch about 15 feet up and the saw kicked back and split the front of his skull down 5 inches. Kind of ruined his modeling career, if you know what I mean. Gave him a hairlip between his eyebrows.
