I love folk tales! Even butt-folking tales.

This story kind of reminded me of an old children's tale that I read when I was a kid, except there was no violent, vomit-fuking gay sex involved. I forget the title of the one I read, but it was about six Chinese dudes who each had a specific, unique ability. One couldn't be drowned, another's head was simply impossible to cut off, another could swallow the entire sea, etc.

So anyway, I had an interesting encounter with a beetle the other day. He was walking on the floor, and hehe, what DO you know, *I* was walking on the floor too! I passed him, and he passed me, and we both went on our merry ways.

Then I turned around and stepped on him, spilling his beetle-blood all over the walkway our feet had just shared.

The Chinese Brothers is a classic. The beetle was an incident.

I just thought they had that mushy yucky yellow pasty goo.

Lemon pies suck that is why the 24th guy died.

Lemon pie is good stuff. Key lime is better though.

Key lime yes... lemon not so good.

Key lime == teh uber pie.

Pecan pie == very close contender for #1 pie.

Strawberry + rhubarb pie == whole different metric of pie satisfaction. Somehow coinciding at #1, but never ascertainable for sure, like Schrodinger's cat.

Connie Dobbs makes a good pie. My wife makes a HeathBar cheesecake that is much like a pie, but a crisp-crusted peach pie with steam rising and ice cream atop is ever so fine...
