More Bush DoubleSpeak. 'You're not REALLY unemployed, you're progressively adapting.' The jobs aren't there, they don't exist except on paper. Once you lose your job, you lose your home. Then you have to depend on his homeless program. Once a person loses their home, they leave the program. They get no food stamps, no unemployment, no welfare check, no Social Security. And with no residence address, they can't vote, so they don't matter to the candidate. Kind of brilliant in a bastard sort of way.
