You mock the mommie bias, but it's there. I have an ex who tried to kill herself with a pill overdose and less than one month later an emergency screener was ready to hand back unsupervised custody without so much as a letter from a psychologist. I must be too fuckin' responsible and upstanding to warrant raising my kid.

If she's really found to have Munchousen's by Proxy The least she'll get will be several years in a mental hospital. That's serious shit and it kills a lot of kids.
