what happened to the one you had in yours? coulda sworn i saw it there earlier!

Nope sir. I'll tell you why not.

1) I do not use Internet Explorer. I love me and cannot inflict IE upon my special self.

2) If I DID use IE, and on the few occasions special circumstances dictate I must, I turn off the Image Bar popup, as it leads to no good. However, I rarely run IE (see Point 1).
