If you calculate the distance between the markers on the road and to a timed count ... yea, there were spots they were doing about 45- 50mph.

But keep in mind the 'ground effect' of the camera so close to the road makes everything seem likes its 80.

Braver men than I am. But sounds like they had a hell of allot of fun.
