Something smells fishy here. Nobody has paid since April. A 'new customer' just happens to open it up and find crates of porn. What about the lock on the door? Did it just fall off? Or the 'Uncle Bob' himself? When the rent doesn't get paid, does he just cut the lock off, not open the door, and let the new renter clean out the old unit?
If I owned a storage business I could put anything I wanted in units, fill out some rental paperwork with dummy names, and be immune when the cops bust it. 'That renter hasn't been here in a while officers...'
