It wasn't long after that the odious Bill Donohue of the Catholic League called in his forces from right field to clamor for the University of Minnesota to fire Myers, and for the Minnesota Legislature to open an investigation. As if that wasn't whacked enough, Myers has been getting death threats from the gentle Catholics who feel offended at his refusal to pay deference to their odd and rather bland cracker-god.

And even as this tsunami of stupid has rolled on, Donohue raised his fat head again yesterday to say that the GOP is asking for extra security for Catholics in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, so they can 'worship without fear of violence.'
