Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this illusion happens every full moon. No need to wait for the 'solstice moon'.

thats not what the article is about, its about the optical illusion our brains create WHEN it is near the horizon,at least thats what i get when i read the whole thing through. What we should do is send a monkey to the moon and see if sunnys vagoo looks bigger when its closer to the horizon
