This kid is really fucked up bad. I had a similar situation here in Atlanta where the kid took his dads 22 rifle and shot people windows out. (including mine) When caught he said he was a GANGZSTA and that all his friends thought he was cool.

The most chilling was when told by the cops 'You could have killed somone!' his answer was ' well next time I will! I wanna see somone die, It would be cool to see how somone die wid a bullet in da head, I want to see their brains!'

And that kid was 6.

A good punch in the face, or two, is sure to do the trick.
