i also wonder about the methodology of this study. it can't be double blind. i wonder if it accounts for the fact that having a cell phone can be stressful (if your boss can call you, for instance).

I figure there is something to it though, I mean, put your phone near a radio during an incoming call or while sending a text, there is lots of electromagnetic radiation emanating from the handset.

it's mostly technophobia, as far as i'm concerned. not to say it's not possible; it wouldn't totally shock me to find out that this guy is right and that his study is sound.

I've only used (someone else's) a cell phone once. I have spent many hundred hours in front of a guitar amp, and several years working with lasers (bar code reader factory) and audio equipment (stereo factory). The chemicals in the manufacture of electronics and plastics seem like more likely candidates than EMF, especially when one considers the amount of time that these telecommunication products have direct skin contact with your sweaty little hands and heads.
