This link prompted me to read a little bit about Sun Myung Moon. From what I gather, this bitch is a Christian mullah. What I have read about him completely blew my mind this morning. It wasn't like finding out Santa Claus didn't exist, but to learn that seemingly rational, modern American politicians could be overtly supportive of such an intellectually primitive figure makes me.....well, it makes me sad. I mean, seriously, some of his quotes that I was reading sounded like someone from the 15th century; he sounded like a medieval barber explaining biology through ridiculous metaphors and parallels of convenience. Basically, what I'm saying is that I'd like to blow a hole in his chest for being dangerously influential.
