rotten library has an article about philip k. dick that talks about his valis experience, and while they note that he was pretty sick and hopped up on a lot of drugs at the time, it bore a resemblance to what happened to jakob bohme. i would consider myself an atheist, but if there is a god, it would be what bohme experienced.
