There is another way to look at this though. All this inflation might be on purpose. We have the largest debt in the world, and all of that debt is in US dollars. If the dollar is worthless, then theoretically all that debt is worthless as well. Pay it all off while the dollar is weak and the savings is in the trillions. The problem is I don't see any plans to pay it off.
