i don't know that i would be too worried yet. computers are remarkably bad at recognizing faces, at least compared to the skills of humans. and it is still easy to change one's physical appearance. fingerprints are a little scarier.

well if you weren't an alarmist about the whole thing, you'd know that computers do a shitty job of recognizing faces. i'm worried more about the fingerprints, like i said in my post. or if they decided to put up security cameras on every street corner, like in london.
