Kind of disappointed that this wasn't about a furthering of the story or another great filmmakers version of it - but it was a doc that I hadn't seen 8 years ago and was entertained by tonight.
I disagree with a couple of the comments in this doc regarding what 'a clockwork orange' is. Two or three times I heard it inferred that Alex was turned into a clockwork orange because of his treatment by the state. I disagree with that. I think Alex was a perfect clockwork orange that was broken by the state and was so complex that, once broken, could never have been repaired.
Either way, it is still the most thought provoking movie I have ever watched and, most likely, always will be. This film make my top three favorites of all time and might even be number uno.
