i really liked ocean city when i was there a couple years ago. the water was really warm, there were a lot of people around, the boardwalk was kind of a nice change. AC on the other hand seemed like kind of a cesspool of donald trump cheesy excess and destitution.

It's amazing that an animal with such a shape could jump from 40 to 60 foot up and not be broken to bits by the impact with the water.

Ocean City has been able to hold onto most of its charm from the 70s/80s, but corporate consolidation can be seen along the boardwalk, evidenced by the cheesy plastic signage and some businesses repeated several times along the walk. When I took my wife to the shore several years back, we visited M&M at every chance we had, even running out at 11:45 P one night, after getting ready for bed, because she couldn't stop thinking about the 'za. Much like Pho Pasteur - Allston branch in Boston (not sure if they are still around after the overtime suit they lost), M&M is the first place I stop when visiting that area.

place in SF called 'pizza orgasmica' that does Brazilian style cornbread crust, it's one of the best place i've been to.

you know, i'm actually having a hard time remembering the difference, exactly. it's not as thin as M&M for instance, but it's not thick or anything. and it isn't 'cornbread' in the style that we might eat with dinner. it's got sort of a lighter texture and a slightly improved taste as compared to regular dough. if that isn't a shit enough description, i can try to draw a diagram or something equally confusing.

i would just say that try it if you ever see it around, it's pretty good stuff.
