You get a little message window when you've hit your submission cap. I put that in place because people would sometimes go on mad tears and submit everything they came across, which just means more work for anyone looking at the links. With a cap, you're more likely to pick out the best couple things and submit those.
Actually, glancing at the code now, it looks like there is no cap if you've gotten a few links in before and have a Rejection Bitterness Rating below 25%. You have a cap of 3 between 25% and 45% and a cap of 1 with an RBR worse than that.
Anyway, no one said you have to get all 10 links stuffed into the queue in the same 4-minute period. (?)
Maybe we should get m_a_m to update the post with clarifications on the timeframe. | | | |

LinkSwarm, like life, is doing it's best to teach you to overcome rejection.
