The promoter, Dennis Lee, is well know in the free energy circles. He's been involved in various pmm schemes and a Chinese device that was supposed to neutralize radioactive waste. He's even claimed that the US government made several attempts on his live while was in prison. Smells fishy to me.

There is an apparatus that I have heard of that converts the hydrogen from water into an assist for internal combustion, though I don't know the details. One of the guys at work knows a guy who put it on a 1 ton truck and boosted his mileage by about 20%, so I would guess the claims in this video are a little extreme, but the technology to significantly increase fuel efficiency does exist. This is one of the apparati, but I think the efficiency claims are a little high.

Going for hydrogen is old school. Still burning shit. i will hold out for more promising technologies
