Flaw is it? If equality is really a core value this nation was built on, let's be clear and honest about what equality we're talking about: equality in the eyes of God. Do you really want to go down that road, or is political equality going to be enough? There is nothing in the core foundational principles of our country that demands enforced equalization--nothing.
