Physicians have both a moral and ethical obligation to their patients. When they took the Hippocratic oath, they swore to keep the good of the patient as the highest priority …..to practice and prescribe to the best of their ability for the good of their patients… and to try to avoid harming them. In the classic version of the oath, they avowed to abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous. It is more evident than ever that our “system” has failed us all.

Best to keep it for themselves as elsewhere in the oath they swear not give a lethal drug to anyone if asked, nor will advise such a plan….greedy bastard is just trying to cover his ass!
