While, the artists are getting screwed over digital sales, but it's by people like him paying the artists a smaller cut on digital sales than CD sales. I'm sure he'll really be pissed once more of the artists start cutting him out and selling music digitally from their own sites. Then he'll probably really be pissed at how artists are being hurt by piracy.
