You've heard about the prison for terror suspects at Guantanamo Bay but you probably don't know there's another prison, a secretive installation in Colorado, where more than 40 terrorists are locked away.

| | | | | | and,why are we keeping these people alive? | | | |
| | | | | | | Except for the 4000 Supermax specials on almost all of the Discovery channels, I've never heard of the place. | | | |
| | | | | | | and,why are we keeping these people alive?
sometimes we kill innocent folks and find out later (whoops!)
actually more expensive, on average, to put someone to death as opposed to keeping them locked up til they die
death penalty is not a deterrent, and statistically, the crime rate goes down in places where it is repealed

Yes, sometimes innocent peeps get snuffed. That's one of the reasons why I am against the death penalty, along with not being able to stomach watching an execution.
However, in Saudi Arabia, putting someone to death is cheap and very effective. Every Friday (their version of Sunday) the condemned are hauled out to what expats refer to as 'chop chop square' in Ryhad. Then a dude with a friggin scimitar (I shit you not) proceeds to chop away at the exposed neck of the guy who got convicted of doing something naughty. BTW - if you are anywhere near chop chop square when the executions and severings occur, you will be forced into an area where you must watch or listen to that gory ass shit. Who forces you? The religious policemen known as matawas, they don't carry guns but their friends from the Saudi National Guard do.
An even more efficient means of deterring people from stealing is chopping off the right hand, also done on Friday in chop chop square. So theft is very uncommon in the 'Magic Kingdom'.
I'm not sure if they still burn the tongues of liars (the American equivalent would be a person convicted of perjury). Anyhew, the nomads used to do this, and it resulted in alot less people trying to lie about shit like 'He stole my camel'. In the US this might cut down on frivolous law suits ;)
I don't think any of this is viable in the US, but its funny as hell that shit like that still happens.
Chris Rock suggest a 'Stabbing Chair' in a hilarious rant about prisons and punishment. Its funny.

| | | | | | | Death Penalty is wrong. It is inhumane, responds to a wrong with a wrong, and is an entirely in-correctible process.
I can't support killing people in the name of Justice.
| | | | | | | Why does it look like the designers of the prison stole the blueprints from most FPS game designers, BF 2142 specifically. All it needs is a bridge over a dry river... | | | |

| Sexual Asspussy | This is awesome.
This is the first pornsite I've found in years that I'd actually advertise to swarmers. When you first load it up, it looks just like every crappy scam site out there, except that it's real. It's huge, it's updated constantly, there's no spam, no popups, and no bullshit -- and it's completely free. When you sign up through that link above and respond to the confirmation email, I make a bit of loose change.
See what other swarmers have to say about it. People love this place, so I feel fine about sending you there and am confident you will enjoy boners.
