I grew up in St. Louis and EVERYONE is fully aware of what total assholes the St. George Police Department are. They generate a HUGE portion of their Municiple income off of this type of bullshit. They run a constant speed trap and trump up charges. So, if you are pulled over, you may be charged with speeding, failure to yield, no seat belt, improper lane useage, no turn signal.....etc. This tape is awesome. This guy needs to lawyer up and sue the fuck out of this department, Municipality, and the Police Officer himself for violating his rights. HUGE out of court settlement.
