This is one of the funniest and stupidest claims they like to make - because even though it's technically correct, what about the numerous attacks our allies and interests overseas have endured? They don't count? Guess it doesn't matter as long as we can still get to the Hummer dealership next to the McDonalds down the street.
He might well have restarted his nuclear program, and his connections with al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups would be intact or revived and even strengthened.
