The way this reads, if government THINKS you are a risk, they can swoop in and take everything. I THINK alot of things but it doesn't mean I need to have any proof to THINK it. I also see where it states that anyone assisting the person or providing technical support can have property seized also.

I think the question is whether or not they'll act responsibly when carrying out this order, and if you go by their track record....

You know Bush will tout this as a means to hurt terrorists here in America but in private those 'terrorists' could be half the Senate and House if he wanted to get technical about it. Knowing Bush it wouldnt suprise me one bit.

If Bush took stuff from Senators or rich people, he'd get impeached.
