Yeah, it's one of my little recreational experiments. Hopefully, it won't suck more than it does now, and I'll remember and/or receive enough material to keep it going. If not, I can always convert it to a gadget blog or Nocal Does Castro (the neighborhood).
Despite the ads (which don't work well anyway for this site), this is not a commercial project. I just thought that it might be nice to have an archive of self-contained, campfire-style stories of interesting shit that happened real life. They might even pass for literature if the writers/submitters are inclined to devote the effort. Plus, I enjoy that sort of stuff immensely, so if you got interesting material--pass it my way, amigos.
