They have a ton of bright folks, too.
Also, you get one day a week which you can spend working on 'your own' project, whatever it may be. The schedules are flexible aside from team meetings, and people are quite relaxed.
So yeah, it's a good spot to work. Kudos for preserving the grad school-like feeling...
