I downloaded this from somewhere a long time ago. Very worth it, despite my vague memory of being annoying at accents or confusing characters or something. Bleak as shit. Good ending.

This is really good,and relentlessly sombre. Another good nuke film is another made for TV one but American, called 'The Day After. It has basically the same premise but is set in the US and has better special effects (think its late 80s/early 90s). Its not as harsh or bleak as this, but the shots of the ICBMs going towards the citys are especially nice. Definately worth checking out if you like this.

I remember watching Threads as a pre-teen. Enough to make you want to slit your little wrists. Bleh.
