That's funny to me, nocal, because my knees feel best when I'm doing leg extensions regularly, and this is after having twisted my right knee almost to the point of snapping my ligaments.
I agree with bagoblood, though -- the guys who are using too much weight when they lift shit, and bend forward until the weight is all the way up, then bend forward again to let it down -- looks like a chiken pecking -- are complete idiots. Priceless is the look on their faces when I lift twice as much as them without jerking around like I have parkinsons.
