To summarize, we conclude that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms. Hopefully this will end up going before the Supreme Court and we can get this 'well regulated militia' and the 'right of the people' thing settled once and for all.

More likely that the court will continue to allow local, state and federal laws to interpret the second amendment in ever-creative fashion.
