I can't imagine what level of fuckitry this is going to wreak on the counter-child porn agencies. If child porn starts pumping out of Hungary like coke from Columbia they won't be able to do a thing--especially if there are sites hosted in Hungary.
Just to give a good description of the disgusting here: 14 year olds are generally 8th graders in the US and Canada....let that sink in. Been to a middle school lately? They still have those chairs that are half-sized. Now factor in underdevelopment and late onset of puberty in Eastern European countries and you're looking at the equivalent of 10 year old porn.
