It's all political. That's the way it works. Not that I don't agree that Bush is speaking out both sides of his mouth (not the first politician to do so). However, I think it is pretty DAMN fair to point out that Bush has consistently said that he won't consider a draft and that the only major 'serious' discussion about instating a draft has been from Democratic politicians.
