Well you could imagine how upset I was. I was so upset that I wanted to take a ride to see this A - Whole in person, but we all know how this could have turned out.
I asked him why he didn't let her off with a verbal warning or a written warning . His reply was as if she committed the crime of the Century, his exact words 'Oh but I couldn't do that she was speeding '. Obviously he doesn't know how to use discretion.
