I wish it could be successfully argued that the reason blind people do not have 'reasonable access to currency' has more to do with these people being blind rather than some (in)action bt the Treaury.
I wish it could be argued successfully that every individual has
some category and degree of disability, and that it is NOT the government's responsibility fix them for everybody; it's not a function of government to provide the handicaps for life.
