I have thought right from the beginning that Bush should never ever have used the word WAR, ever, when it came to Iraq, he could used a slogan like "A mission for peace and rebuilding" right from the start. Things like we are winning the war, we are fighting for victory and crap like that just defeats the real higher objective that is needed to bring peace. sigh! well its still not too late, I think.
