I'm pretty sure that this dude is close to where I live and I actually used to go to Fred's Chinese Restaurant when I was a camp counselor (back in 1998). I find it strange that he actually names the restaurant in his story about attracting a flesh-eating virus, although Fred's (or it's neighbor the 'Mine Shaft') would be the place to pick it up.
