Whatever your feelings on Bush and his policies, you have to admit that making public death wishes against the President of the U.S. is not only an excellent way to run afoul of DHS types, but is also a pretty dumb waste of your 15 minutes. She could have said something much more pithy and undismissable, like 'Tell your parents to write an international petition calling on Congress to censure the President and/or bring impeachment proceedings', or 'Michael Bolton would have made a better Ambassador to the UN than John Bolton', or even 'Centipedes? My vagina?'.
