City outdoor is a billboard marketer in I what I think is New York. Today she put up a shot of what I suspect is New York [on the you tube]. Further investigation appears to have it located around Essex street in Manhattan next to a mueseum--maybe the tenement museum of new york on the lower east side?

There is also a bit of work into that 'fake blog' if that's what it is. I think people who say things are fake without proof are douches.

and she's 35 not 26. They don't fact check much either.
