The wording of this study seems stretched out of proportion. Think about it: if something is placed into complete disorder, it can only become more ordered. These scientistst are not 'creating' order, but are making room for order to return.

Then again, playing with the Taoist Yin-Yang view of the universe, anyone could flip that statement around on itself and say that anyone creating order is making room for chaos to return.
