We use High Freq devices on the homeless here locally to 'clean up' the down town area so unsightly youth don't ask for food and scare off elderly, well to do shoppers.

We use classical music to have the same effect. The kids don't like it so they go somewhere else.

They pipe classical into the public restrooms at high volumne to drive out the homeless and prevent loitering. Same thing in the underground walkways and where the creek goes under the steet for four blocks downtown. Drives the bats buggershit, but the drunks & tweakers hang out in the open harrassing the tourists now. Wonderful stratagy.
