This makes me not want to take it seriously, they're a large private security firm with many branches. You'd have to call out Pinkerton and Wackenhut for the same thing.
Maybe the camps are being set-up as a backup plan if the whole Gold card deal doesn't work out for illegal immigrants. Play to one side and have a plan in place to arrest and detain them if support wavers too much from the actual voters?
