Seems to involve 'unspecified metals' and high amounts of pressure and heat, all of which are powered by what? Does it have any kind of waste that comes out of the process? Fumes? We seem to be running ourselves in circles finding alternative ways to find fossil fuels. Eventually we're just going to have to deal with the fact that the best, most reliable energy we have is our own muscles.
Tidal, wind, solar, or even bio-diesel energy seems so much easier, as would methane. Gasoline at $350 a gallon would be like burning diamonds or greenbud to go to the store for beer. Why bother?
not showing my work and all, the annual cow shit yield would only make the equivalent of 87,024 barrels of oil, or about a 1.6 miilion gallons of gas...the US uses about 420 million gallons of gas a day...
