MrJ, that is the normal response from an idiot ( fundamentalist, politician , whatever ) who finds it impossible to refute an argument based on logic rather than faith or narrow-mindedness. To refuse to argue is easy, to present a logical and well thought-out rebuttal takes a lot more effort, even if you really know your subject. If you are a preacher of any flavour, it is even harder, you know your arguement is based on a myth whilst your opponent has facts on their side. This is even harder when you know that the myths you build your argument from are just that- myths- and the higher up in the religious hierarchy you get the less faith you have.
