I hate to say it, but he does make some points where the film missed out. If you read the book it has a wonderful style...just taking the speech of the characters for example...it's great stuff. Dialogue between characters weave into the overall tapestry of the story.

Unfortunately, this is what separates books from movies. If I had the patience to get through all the bitchy whining in the article I'd write more.

I liked both the book and the movie - they both have their place in entertainment...and the movie did a damn fine job following the larger storyline, IMNERHO.
