Means little. People will complain and it will probably be shot down the first round...might get reintroduced and passed as a means to "combat terrorism". I don't know why they bother - identity theft is the fastest growing crime anyway...can do a lot more with 50 credit cards.
I don't give a rat's ass if some bloke has $50,000 in his wallet...except I might want to hit him up for a loan. The reason RFID was shot down is criminals could literally walk down the street with a scanner and case a house without even entering.
