When I was a kid, KFC was allowed to sell 20% rabbit, 'cos rabbit was a lot cheaper than chicken at the time. If you add the 11 secret herbs and spices, you can hardly tell the difference ( rabbit drumsticks are a lot shorter than chicken ).
