I would give both testicles for the Hendrix/Zappa strat. No wait. I'd give em for the white Jimi strat. The custom kneck/head on the H/Z one bothers me. If hendrix didn't touch the fretboard the value goes down considerably.
However, I do have a 1979 Fender Antigua Strat. Only about 300 made of the originals. The reissue came in 1999?? I think. Anyways, mines the real deal. Not a hot item on the market but I don't know why. It sonds soooooo creamy and full that I just had to have it the first time I played it. Plus There were only three hundred made by the antigua family (or so I understand) Google
I don't remember what my dad oaid for it. :/ It was my 18th birthday gift and I love her. Now they go for between 2-3 grand. Mostly for collectors. Depends on how good a condition its in. Mines near mint.
