ummm i am sorry to the vet. my dad and uncle were in vietnam. uncle got hit by a mine or boobytrap of somesort and i my dad suffred from PWD because of the shit he was orderd to do. they were drafted. Grandpa killed himself cuz of the loss of his first son. then in desert storm my other uncle got killed. he signed up but told grandma not to mourn his death becuase it was his own fault if he died. i dont know what war is like but i know what it is like for the families of the soldiers. i am not a fan of wars and i do believe there are alternate solutions to clearing this shit up. the joke was inteded for the people that signed up for the war and then complained afterwards about how awfull it was. what the fuck did you expect its a fucking war.
As for slipped hole... FUCK YOU. I am guessing you were one of the fags that finally flew a flag outside your house after 9/11. what, you werent patriotic before the towelheads blew up the tower? yor flag sure showed them.

Nice sentiments, geazerpleazer. But I was never a vet. I was directing my sarcastic remark toward slippedhole. I have been party to his butt-hurt ramblings long enough to know where he was headed and was just trying to be him to the punch.

On the other hand, my wife's dad was there from 65-66 flying recon, was shot down twice, and was base commander at Indian Springs when he died training another pilot. The papers and writings he has left behind are most revealing and contraverseal, and back up many of the Tonkin releases that are now becoming public knowledge. We have a book coming out soon.
