stationary relay tower anchor cables kill all sorts of birds. there was a local story here about 200 or so birds killed during a weekend. it's the same story everywhere.

England wants to ban cats, Wisconsin wants to kill cats and ban comm towers, and add yer town/state save the bird legislation here.

I drive by these same turbines sometimes twice a day. Maybe if they put some kind of whistling device or something that would scare the birds away this might help. other then that i dont give a shit. birds fuck like rabbits..there no shortage of birds.

How much wildlife is killed by the alternative forms of power generation? Some Greenies seem to have trouble working out what is really important. So a thousand birds a year of various species are killed by the wind turbines, surely that is better than wiping out whole species with air pollution, mining, and other environmental problems.
